Binomial Distribution

Binomial distribution is a probability distribution that describes the number of successes in a fixed number of independent trials, where each trial has the same probability of success. It is characterized by two parameters: the number of trials (n) and the probability of success (p). The binomial distribution is often used in statistical inference and hypothesis testing to model the number of successes in a sample of data. It is also used in machine learning algorithms such as logistic regression, where it is used to model binary outcomes.
