Inferential Measures
Inferential Measures refer to statistical techniques used to draw conclusions about a population based on a sample of data. These measures are used to make predictions, test hypotheses, and estimate parameters of a population. Inferential Measures involve the use of probability theory and sampling distributions to make inferences about a population. The goal is to make generalizations about a population based on a sample that is representative of that population. Common inferential measures include hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and regression analysis.
