Software As A Service

Software as a Service (SaaS) is a cloud computing model where software applications are hosted by a third-party provider and made available to customers over the internet. SaaS eliminates the need for organizations to install and run software on their own computers or in their own data centers. Instead, customers can access the software through a web browser or mobile app, paying for the service on a subscription basis. SaaS providers are responsible for maintaining the software, ensuring its security, and upgrading it as needed. This model allows for greater flexibility and scalability, as customers can easily add or remove users and features as their needs change. SaaS is commonly used for business applications such as customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and human resources management (HRM).
