Simplex Transmission
Simplex transmission is a form of communication where data is transmitted in only one direction. In this mode of transmission, the sender can only send data, and the receiver can only receive data. Simplex transmission is commonly used in situations where there is no need for two-way communication, such as in television and radio broadcasting. It is also used in some sensor networks where the sensors only need to send data to a central hub. Simplex transmission is a reliable and efficient way to transmit data as it does not require any overhead for error checking or retransmission of data. However, it is not suitable for situations where two-way communication is required.
