Serial Communication
Serial communication is a method of transmitting data between two devices in a sequential manner, one bit at a time. In data science and artificial intelligence, serial communication is often used to transfer data between microcontrollers, sensors, and other devices. Serial communication can be either synchronous or asynchronous. In synchronous communication, both devices use a common clock signal to synchronize the data transfer. In asynchronous communication, each device has its own clock signal and the data transfer is synchronized by start and stop bits. Serial communication is widely used in data acquisition systems, robotics, and other applications where real-time data transfer is required.
