Sensitivity
Sensitivity is a statistical measure that determines the proportion of actual positive cases that are correctly identified as positive by a predictive model. It is the ability of a model to correctly identify the positive cases out of all the actual positive cases. Sensitivity is also known as the true positive rate. It is calculated as the ratio of true positives to the sum of true positives and false negatives. Sensitivity is an important metric in evaluating the performance of a predictive model, especially in medical diagnosis and disease detection. A high sensitivity indicates that the model is able to correctly identify most of the positive cases, while a low sensitivity indicates that the model is missing a significant number of positive cases.
