Product Backlog

In Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, a Product Backlog is a prioritized list of features or requirements for a project or product. It is a living document that is constantly updated throughout the project lifecycle. The Product Backlog is owned by the Product Owner and is used to communicate the project vision and goals to the development team. The items on the Product Backlog are typically described in user stories, which are short, simple descriptions of a feature or requirement from the perspective of the end user. The Product Backlog is used to guide the development team in deciding what to work on next, and it is updated regularly based on feedback from stakeholders and changes in project priorities.
