Iteration
Iteration is the process of repeating a set of instructions or a sequence of steps multiple times, often with the aim of reaching a desired outcome or result. In data science, iteration is a fundamental concept that is used in various algorithms and models to improve their accuracy and performance. For instance, in machine learning, iterative algorithms such as gradient descent are used to optimize the parameters of a model by minimizing the error between the predicted and actual values. Similarly, in data analysis, iterative techniques such as bootstrapping and Monte Carlo simulation are used to generate multiple samples from a dataset and estimate the statistical properties of the population.
