Flexible Schema
Flexible Schema refers to a data model that allows for changes in the structure of the data without requiring changes to the schema. However, in flexible schema databases, such as NoSQL databases, the schema is dynamic and can be modified as needed. This allows for greater flexibility in handling unstructured or semi-structured data, which is becoming increasingly common in the era of big data. Flexible schema databases can also be more scalable and performant than traditional relational databases, as they can handle large volumes of data with varying structures more efficiently.
