Convolutional Neural Network
A Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a type of deep neural network that is commonly used for image and video recognition, classification, and processing. It is designed to automatically and adaptively learn spatial hierarchies of features from input data. The key feature of CNNs is the convolutional layer, which applies a set of filters to the input data, allowing the network to learn and extract features from the data. The output of the convolutional layer is then passed through a non-linear activation function, such as ReLU, and then through a pooling layer, which reduces the spatial size of the output. This process is repeated multiple times, with each subsequent layer learning more complex features. The final output is then passed through one or more fully connected layers, which perform the classification or regression task.
