Apache Spark

Apache Spark is an open-source distributed computing system used for big data processing and analytics. It provides an interface for programming entire clusters with implicit data parallelism and fault tolerance. Spark supports multiple programming languages including Java, Scala, Python, and R. It includes various libraries for machine learning, graph processing, and stream processing. Spark's core abstraction is Resilient Distributed Datasets (RDDs), which are fault-tolerant collections of elements that can be processed in parallel. Spark also provides DataFrames and Datasets, which are higher-level abstractions built on top of RDDs, and provide a more optimized and efficient way of working with structured and semi-structured data.
