OLEDs

OLEDs (Organic Light Emitting Diodes) are a type of display technology that uses organic compounds to emit light when an electric current is applied. OLEDs are made up of thin films of organic molecules that are sandwiched between two electrodes, with one of the electrodes being transparent. When a voltage is applied to the electrodes, the organic molecules emit light. OLEDs have several advantages over traditional display technologies, including higher contrast ratios, faster response times, and lower power consumption. They are also flexible and can be made into curved or even rollable displays. OLEDs are commonly used in smartphones, televisions, and other electronic devices.
