Fourier Transform

Fourier Transform is a mathematical technique that transforms a signal from time domain to frequency domain. It decomposes a complex signal into its constituent frequencies and their respective amplitudes and phases. The Fourier Transform is widely used in signal processing, image processing, audio processing, and data compression. It is also used in solving differential equations and in quantum mechanics. The Fourier Transform has two main types: the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) and the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). The DFT is used for discrete-time signals, while the FFT is a fast algorithm for computing the DFT. The Fourier Transform has many applications in data science, such as in feature extraction, data compression, and data visualization.
