Analog Signals
Analog signals are continuous signals that represent physical measurements such as sound, temperature, pressure, and light intensity. This conversion involves sampling the analog signal at regular intervals and quantizing the amplitude of each sample to a finite number of digital values. The resulting digital signal can then be processed using various techniques such as filtering, compression, and feature extraction. However, the quality of the digital signal depends on the sampling rate and the number of quantization levels used in the conversion process. Higher sampling rates and more quantization levels result in a more accurate representation of the original analog signal.
